Cannae Sing Choir

Our Cannae Sing Choir is a welcoming and enjoyable group that everyone can take part in.

As the name suggests, you don’t need to be a confident singer to join us—just come along and enjoy the experience.
We meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 1pm to 3pm, and there’s no need to book in advance.

Hobbies & Crafts

This group meet every Tuesday 1pm-4pm.

Come along and enjoy your favourite crafts including knitting, crochet, painting and card crafting

Multicultural Wellbeing Group

This friendly group is led by members of our Chinese and Hong Kong communities and warmly welcomes everyone.

Starting at 10:00am each Friday, sessions may include gentle exercise, table tennis, and badminton.
No referral or booking is needed—just come along and enjoy yourself.

Conversational English Group

Join us every Wednesday and Friday morning from 10am to 12 noon if English is not your first language. These friendly, conversational English classes are suitable for all levels, offering a relaxed, fun and supportive environment to build your confidence.
No booking is required.

Tots & Toys

Tots & Toys Sessions

Our Tots & Toys sessions are friendly parent and toddler groups held every Tuesday and Thursday during term time, from 10:00am to 11:30am.
These sessions are open to children aged 5 and under, accompanied by a parent or carer.
The group is free of charge but places must be booked in advance.

Wise And Wonderful

Wise and Wonderful - Tea Dance

We host a community Tea Dance on the first Thursday of each month.

We’re delighted to have a live musician playing for us, along with a wonderful volunteer who guides us through the dances - no experience or ability needed. A delicious afternoon tea is also provided.
No booking is required - just come along and enjoy the afternoon.

Wise and Wonderful – Reminisce Movie afternoon

Our Reminisce – Movie Afternoons take place on the third Thursday of each month from 1:00pm. Sit back, relax, and enjoy some of your favourite classic films or musicals in the company of friends, old and new.
Refreshments are provided, and everyone is welcome.
No booking is required.

Wise Guys

Join our Wise Guys group on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

This friendly group for men aged 18 and over is a great opportunity to get together, have a chat, and enjoy some light-hearted banter.
There’s plenty to take part in, including carpet bowls, table tennis, badminton, and pool. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can enjoy dominoes, cards, or board games—or simply sit back with a cuppa and good company.
No booking is required—just come along.

Women's Group

Our women’s group meets every Wednesday morning from 10:00am to 12 noon.

It brings together a wonderful mix of ages, abilities, and talents in a friendly and supportive environment.
We enjoy a range of activities including card making, gentle exercise, pottery, painting, wool crafts, and sewing—alongside plenty of chat and a cup of tea. Everyone is encouraged to both learn new skills and share their own, making it a creative and welcoming space for all.

Booking is essential.

Youth Club

Every Thursday during term time, we host our Youth Club for primary school children, running from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Each week offers a variety of activities to keep things fresh, fun, and engaging for our young people.
Sessions may include outside games, alongside pool, table tennis, board games, and creative craft activities.
